HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Prepare HR documents, attendance reports, and employee records
  • Assist in payroll and leave management processes
  • Organise employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
  • Draft and post employee reminders, announcements, and internal communications
  • Coordinate office administration, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Support smooth day-to-day office and facility operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
