HR Intern
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Intern pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Prepare HR documents, attendance reports, and employee records
- Assist in payroll and leave management processes
- Organise employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
- Draft and post employee reminders, announcements, and internal communications
- Coordinate office administration, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Support smooth day-to-day office and facility operations
Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
